Simple proportional voting

Dear Sue. Proportional voting can be simple. For example: a Local society with 20-29 members could get 2 delegates and 2 alternates. A society of 30-39 could have 3 delegates and 3 alternates. That would not be much harder than to maintain knowing who is an official registered member, something we want to know in any case. Putting them into subgroups (societies and MAL Groups) would be easy given the present numbers. Are there any 20+ member societies?!
